This enactment amends the Corrections and Conditional Release Act to provide that any monetary amount awarded to an offender pursuant to a legal action or proceeding be paid to victims and other designated beneficiaries.
Le texte modifie la Loi sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition afin de prévoir que les indemnités accordées à des délinquants dans le cadre d’actions ou de poursuites en justice seront versées aux victimes et autres bénéficiaires désignés.
